When did you last invite your inner child to come out and play?

  • Remember how playful and full of life you were as a child? What happened?

  • Finding you inner child doesn't mean you have to be immature, subsequently losing your friends by acting like an idiot. But you can let loose and allow yourself to have a little more fun.

  • This Evian commercial shows an interesting perspective in finding our long-lost inner children.

  • A man walking through a bustling city catches a glimpse of his reflection — but it's not his current self. He sees himself as a tiny tot. Of course, he then starts busting out some dance moves to see if his tiny self follows his lead — which the baby does.

  • If you saw someone randomly dancing, it would capture your attention. As people notice the man, they turn to watch and discover their own baby-like reflections. Soon, a group of people are dancing with their young reflections and having a great time.

  • When was the last time you invited your inner child to come out and play?

  • As adults, we get so caught up in work, cleaning the house, chauffeuring children around, paying bills and grocery shopping that we forget we need to find time to have fun.

  • Another great way to let loose and have fun is with your kids. Playing games, having a living room dance party, singing karaoke or just doing something out of the ordinary is a great way to bring out your inner child — your playful side. Try these backyard games the next time you need a fun activity. Better yet, try them tonight!
