Sushi, enchiladas, fruit leather. Some foods are just better rolled. Grilled Cheese Rollers are a new spin on an old classic. They’re fun to make and easier for little fingers to dunk in tomato soup.
- White bread
- Cheddar cheese slices
Cut crust off bread and flatten with a rolling pin. Place one slice cheddar cheese square on bread and gently roll until ends overlap. Place a frying pan over medium heat and slather with butter. Place grilled cheese rollers in pan and turn over when golden brown. Let cool and serve plain or with tomato soup.
